We work with trusted logistics partners to deliver camera setup products, webcams, and filming accessories to customers in the United States and select international destinations.

Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

After placing your order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

During peak seasons, promotional periods, supplier delays, or high-demand periods, order processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Fee

We offer a simple flat-rate shipping structure.

Flat Shipping Fee: $6.90 per order

There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except in cases involving a verified store error, incorrect item, or defective item.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, product availability, and logistics conditions.

United States:
5–10 business days

International Orders:
10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

Carrier delays
Customs processing
Weather conditions
Holiday or seasonal logistics demand
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Unexpected supply or fulfillment delays

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information when available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment due to carrier processing times.

If tracking does not update immediately, this does not always mean the package has not shipped. Some carriers require additional time to scan and update shipment movement.

5. Shipping Partners

We may work with major shipping carriers and logistics providers, including:

Other regional or international carriers

Carrier selection may depend on the destination, package size, product type, warehouse location, and shipping availability.

6. Order Changes and Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

7. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Address

If a package is returned or cannot be delivered due to:

Incorrect shipping address
Incomplete shipping information
Refused delivery
Unclaimed package
Failure to collect the package

We may offer one of the following options depending on the situation:

Reshipment, with additional shipping fees if applicable
Refund of the product price, excluding the original shipping cost

Frameora is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or appears to be missing, please first check the tracking information provided by the carrier.

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly for the most current delivery status.

If a package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please check with:

Household members
Neighbors
Building reception or front desk
Parcel lockers or mailroom areas
The shipping carrier

We will assist where possible, but final delivery confirmation and carrier investigations may depend on the carrier’s tracking records and procedures.

9. Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, delivery is considered completed based on the carrier’s tracking confirmation.

Frameora may assist with reviewing delivery concerns, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages reported lost, missing, or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Customers are encouraged to provide a secure shipping address where packages can be safely received.

10. Split Shipments

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately.

This may happen when items are fulfilled from different locations or become available at different times.

If your order ships in multiple packages:

You may receive more than one tracking number
Items may arrive on different dates
No additional shipping fee will be charged for split shipments

11. International Shipping

Frameora may ship to select international destinations.

For international orders, please note:

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and other related charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
These charges are determined by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for all applicable import-related fees.

Customs delays are outside our control and may affect the final delivery date.

12. Product Availability and Fulfillment Notice

Frameora sells camera setup products, webcams, filming accessories, mounts, stands, lighting accessories, cables, and related setup items.

Some products may require additional handling or fulfillment time depending on supplier availability, warehouse location, product size, or carrier restrictions.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you with an update, replacement option, or refund option.

13. Shipping Times Are Estimates

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only.

Frameora works to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible, but delays may occur due to factors outside our direct control, including carrier operations, customs inspections, weather, holidays, or logistics disruptions.

By placing an order through Frameora, you understand that estimated delivery dates may vary.
